Departure in the morning and return in the late afternoon for a complete tour of the fortress, with an elevation gain of approximately 600 meters.
For a more hiking-oriented approach, visit Forte San Carlo and Forte Tre Denti in less depth, and retrace the entire route of the marvelous and panoramic “Scala Reale” with its 3,000 steps located on the roof of the famous covered staircase.
Visit the Santa Barbara redoubts, Porte, and Ospedale, and the most characteristic corners of the famous “Scala Coperta.” We ascend to an altitude of 1,800 meters, where the fortress ends, for a detailed visit to Forte delle Valli.
In the afternoon, we descend towards Forte San Carlo, following the Strada dei Cannoni through the beautiful pine forest that borders the Fenestrelle Fortress.
Free admission for holders of a valid Piedmont Region Museum Pass or Torino+Piemonte Card.
